Entering and establishing your product in any new territory is an extremely difficult and courageous move for any company and especially in a country like India where the market size is huge but at the same time it is cramped with competition from all directions. The main challenge here was first to introduce and have connection with the local glove distributors in India. Another challenge was to foster communication with them and the Japanese glove company which had scarce knowledge of Indian distribution network and languages involved.
