In the dynamic landscape of international business, Ewan Business Solutions found itself at the crossroads of a unique challenge—acting as a distributing and communication partner for one of the largest partially state-owned chemical manufacturers in China. This endeavor was not just about transporting chemicals from one country to another; it was a comprehensive effort to bridge the gap in communication, cultural nuances, and logistical intricacies.

The challenge here was to receive the chemicals from China and to distribute those chemicals to various locations within India like Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai etc and making sure that the timelines were strictly followed and packaging is air tight as the chemicals can be unsuitable to external abnormalities. Another challenge was the tracking of the packages and communicating the authorities delivering the packages safely. Thirdly we also had to execute the communication between the manufacturer and receiving authorities in India as they would require to communicate for queries and other things which could not have been possible through them due to language barrier, lack of understanding of import in India and culture of work.

We created a good enough network within our management to handle the packaging, receiving, tracking and delivering of the chemicals to different locations within the given timelines. We also made sure that every communication gap is filled from our side to make their deliverables easy. We maintained excellent communication between the importer and exporter as many times the exporters are going to have queries about the goods and at times also appreciation so in all of this process our hold on Chinese and the local languages like Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati etc played a pivotal role in smoothening the whole process.

Our client was benefited by not only delivering the chemicals safely but also fostering an exquisite relation with Indian distributors and culture. We gave them the correct platform to execute their deliverables in the timeline and in a flexible budget. They didn’t even for a moment felt any hindrance while communicating with us or distributors due to our excellent linguists and management team to handle everything. They felt that their efforts of going with us really came to fruition.
